Trestle

Take a walk on the property to view a rather interesting historical feature–namely the presence of an intact steel railroad trestle built by the former Owasco River Railroad; not for use by the train to pass over the fields, as would be expected, but rather for use by the farmer to get his cattle and farm machinery over the train tracks. The trestle remains, a reminder of both an industrial and agricultural heritage rapidly disappearing and the serve as the reason for the name of our Bed and Breakfast!
