About

Trestle Acres Bed and Breakfast is located in Central New York. It began as a labor of love in 1989 by Leonard and Josephine Jones. It is operated today by Josephine and her daughter Nellie Jones. We provide smoke-free accommodations for those visiting the Central New York area. We are happy to announce the availability of in-room high-speed Wireless and cable Internet access. Local friends board their horses, Dudley and Dapples, in our paddocks.

Take a walk on the property to view a rather interesting historical feature–namely the presence of an intact steel railroad trestle built by the former Owasco River Railroad; not for use by the train to pass over the fields, as would be expected, but rather for use by the farmer to get his cattle and farm machinery over the train tracks. The trestle remains, a reminder of both an industrial and agricultural heritage rapidly disappearing and the serve as the reason for the name of our Bed and Breakfast!
